MSKCC User Can't Log-IN?
First, make sure you received the approval email. Secondly, make sure you are using your MSKCC email username (not complete email) and password.
Rockefeller University Users:
Log-in with your RU email and the temporary password supplied in your approval email. Make sure you chose The Rockefeller University as your Institution above.
Select "Other" as your Institution above in the drop down list. Make sure that you have already received your approval email with temporary password. Your password can be reset by clicking "Forgot password" immediately above the submit and cancel buttons.
